Paula Peters - President
Paula Peters has been writing technical and marketing documentation for Fortune 500 companies for over 10 years. Her clients include American Airlines, Apple, EDS, Sprint, and the NYC Board of Education. In addition, she has served as an adjunct marketing consultant to other small business owners through the Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
Ms. Peters has trained thousands of business executives, managers, and entrepreneurs across North America. Her popular seminars in business marketing and writing include "Write an Effective Marketing Brochure," "Brand Your Business," and "How to Write a Press Release." In addition, she has won several awards for her writing, which she has been publishing for over 15 years.
Ms. Peters' latest book, The Ultimate Marketing Toolkit-Ads That Attract Customers, Brochures That Create Buzz, Web Sites That Wow will be released by Adams Media in 2006.
Lisa Weeks - Lead Technical Writer & Curriculum Developer
Lisa Weeks specializes in writing easy-to-read technical material for non-technical personnel, communicating clear and consistent specifications. She has 18+ years' experience in a variety of industries, from publishing to technology to food distribution.
Ms. Weeks creates such technical documentation as operational procedures, process flows, work instructions, job aids, employee handbooks, user guides, system help files, quality improvement manuals, safety manuals, and government proposals. In addition, she has delivered training to both large and small groups. Her clients include Sprint, Sabre Systems, American Airlines, Moore Wallace, Paris Bros., the USDA, and R. R. Donnelley & Sons. As a Project Manager at Communicolor and R.R. Donnelley & Sons, she created and delivered training focusing on quality improvement processes, safety and customer service.
Ms. Weeks has been an active member of the International Society for Performance Improvement since 2001, where she served as newsletter editor for the Kansas City chapter for 2 years. She is a board member of the Kansas City Audubon Society. In addition, she is a regular columnist for the Kansas City Small Business Monthly.
Tammy Worth - Senior Editor & Writer
Tammy Worth is an award-winning writer and editor specializing in marketing, technical writing and journalism. She has 10+ years experience in the multimedia industry.
Ms. Worth has written a variety of technical documents, including procedure manuals, environmental control manuals, and government proposals for both large and small firms. She has experience working in several industries, including nonprofit, telecommunications and media. She received an award for 1st Place for education coverage from the Kansas Press Association and Suburban Newspapers of America, as well as numerous 2nd and 3rd Place awards.
Ms. Worth received a bachelor's degree in English with a French minor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a master's degree in journalism from Northeastern University in Boston, Mass.
Ryan Humrichouse - Senior Project Manager
Ryan Humrichouse is an advanced systems analyst and project manager with 10+ years experience in designing business processes and documenting customer system needs. His ability to analyze process workflow, while able to speak in easy-to-understand common language, makes him popular with clients.
Mr. Humrichouse has expertise in documenting process workflows, software system requirements, and project management. He has experience in several industries, including telecommunications, financial markets, software development, and IT outsourcing.

Karla Snider - Graphic Artist
Karla Snider is a graphic designer with 14 years experience in design, management, and project management. Her formal training is a bachelor of fine arts with a commercial art major.
Ms. Snider spent 11 of her 14 years with The Kansas City Star, where she held several roles in the spectrum of graphic design service. Her wide range of experience includes hand illustration, ad design, brochures, catalogs, logos and photo styling. She also spent six years focusing on direct mail marketing with Star Direct, the direct mail division of The Kansas City Star.
In addition to work completed for The Kansas City Star, Ms. Snider has also performed design services for Thomasville, Hallmark, Organized Living, Corinth Square, HyVee, YMCA, Children's Mercy, and many more. She enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and watching her twins change day by day.
